Pretty popular and has a great view of St Lawrence River! Although it's raining at this moment, this place is packed! We didn't get a table but we sure got a counter pretty quickly. Menu is in French so make sure you know the language, or someone with you who can translate French easily. The dessert place is right next door and looks good with gelatos and ice cream choices! Across the street is the fromagerie des basques - where they make cheese and sell them too!
